Mike is the architect of the BePART Educational Ethos and leads the implementation of the College values, creating an environment in which every student can achieve success no matter their starting point.

Rob is in charge of curriculum and oversees our expert teachers delivering inspiring lessons to ensure that students receive the best possible further education.

Paula Blakemore

Vice Principal

Paula has responsibility for the Teaching House Style and Student Attendance. She is the College lead on HR and Staff Development.

Amanda Hoey

Assistant Principal

Amanda works alongside Rob managing curriculum quality and processes and ensuring our educational visits and guest speakers enhance the curriculum delivery. Amanda also manages student disciplinary referrals and interventions.

Assistant Principal - Student Support

Jo is the Designated Safeguarding Lead and also oversees all aspects of student support, including Student Development, Learner Support, Enrichment, Mental Health and Wellbeing, and our independent study area, the Hub.

Student Support Administrator & Attendance Officer

Betty arranges a broad programme of extracurricular activity for students including volunteering, clubs and societies.
