Our Year 13 students have officially completed their studies at The Sixth Form College. With the exams now over and the summer set to begin, we would like to wish them a fond farewell!

Principal Kathryn Podmore says, “We are extremely proud, as always, of the hard work and dedication shown throughout the last 2 years by all of our year 13 students. We are sad to say farewell but would like to wish them the best of luck in the next exciting chapter of their lives and we look forward to hearing of their future successes.”

Head Student of the Class of 2015, Kirsty McLaren commented on her time at the College, “I felt comfortable joining the College as everyone made me feel so welcome and have encouraged me as an individual. It has been a stepping stone to University with kind and caring staff that really care about the education of young adults.” Kirsty is travelling to the USA to study at St Olaf University in Minnesota from September and has ambitions of working as a Christian Missionary.

Fellow Head Student of the Class of 2015, Tom McNally added, “The Sixth Form College had ensured I’ve been able to fulfil my aspirations through the support received from tutors, teachers and the enrichment programme.” Tom, a former South Wirral High School student, plans to study History at the University College London.
