We’re looking forward to seeing you at your Registration Day appointment:

Here’s what to expect:

• The College will open its doors at the main entrance on Park Road West 20 minutes before the start of your session.
There is plenty of room to arrive and/or be dropped off around the full College campus, so please use this to avoid congestion at the front gate and ensure safe distancing.

• On arrival, you will be asked to sanitise your hands and socially distance.
Where the College usually operates with around 1,500 student on campus, only 100 new students will be on site at any one time. You can read our full risk assessment document by clicking here.

• You will be given an information pack and your student ID lanyard when you arrive.
You’ll then be shown to a classroom in groups of a maximum of ten determined by when you arrive, and a teacher and student ambassador will conduct your session where you’ll learn about what’s happening in September, your timetable, travel and much more.

During the session, you will be shown to HUB where a you’ll login to the College IT systems using your new student details for the first time.

The whole session should last approximately one hour.

We are very much looking forward to seeing you and hope you enjoy this first step in a very exciting next stage of your education.
