On Wednesday 21st June the College’s Student Development Department will host their first ever Futures Day event taking place throughout the College campus.

The day has been organised to give first year students the opportunity to attend a choice of talks from a broad range of universities, employers and apprenticeship providers. Running alongside the talks will be a Careers Fair hosting over forty information stands with numerous Higher Education providers and employment sectors represented – all with the aim of helping students to make an informed decision about their future.

The day will be divided into two parts, with all students attending morning talks focusing on UCAS, Apprenticeships and Student Finance. In the afternoon our students will attend two talks of their choice, picked from a selection of over 25 options – including topics such as Teaching, STEM Careers, Law and Financial Services and Investment Management Careers.

Students will be well fed and watered during the event with the College hosting a range of street food vendors offering a selection of delicious lunch options – all in all it is expected to be a great day for everyone!
