Yoga for All

COURSE OUTLINE
What will the course include? The class will work on mobility, suppleness, strength, stamina, co-ordination, balance and general well being. The class will include warming-up exercises to stretch and energise the body; work on classical Hatha postures (asanas); breathing awareness; relaxation and meditation.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The course is for anyone who is interested in learning about yoga and practising hatha yoga on a regular weekly basis in a mixed ability class.

METHOD OF ASSESSMENT
As this is a non-accredited course, there is no formal assessment. Self-assessment is an important tool in Yoga.

RESOURCES YOU WILL NEED
Wear loose, comfortable clothing with layers, which can be added for the relaxation. Bring a mat, if you have one, or a blanket.
