Cake Decorating for Beginners (Weds)

COURSE OUTLINE
This ten-week course is ideal for beginners or people who have a few cake decorating skills they wish to improve. You will learn to ice a cake with professional results. In each class you will be shown step by step and learn all the trade hints and tips needed to produce wonderful celebration cakes for your family and friends. Included in this course are sugar flowers, modelling and piping.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
This course is for beginners or students who wish to improve any skills they already have.

METHOD OF ASSESSMENT
As this is a non-accredited course, there is no formal method of assessment.

RESOURCES YOU WILL NEED
Students will be asked to supply some materials and this will be discussed at the first session with the tutor. You will be able to see some examples of the work you will be doing.
